What inspired you to start your healing journey?
My healing journey began at a young age. As a child, I always felt a natural desire to connect with others. I would give massages to my summer camp instructors, and whenever someone at home was in pain, I instinctively wanted to help them feel better.

What is your personal philosophy on healing?
To me, healing is a process, one that involves change, transformation and awareness. It is the journey of becoming whole.

Which healing modalities do you specialise in?
I specialise in bodywork therapy, sound healing and systemic therapy. I also integrate some of my shamanic knowledge into the sessions. My goal is to help people reclaim their power and take back control of their lives by becoming aware of the relationship with their bodies and their surroundings.

What healing practices are you most passionate about?
I love all of them. I enjoy having a diverse toolbox that allows me to adapt to each person's needs. I offer individual sessions, as well as personal growth groups, sound healing ceremonies and body therapy training.

Who is your ideal client, or who can benefit most from your services?
My ideal clients are those with an open mind, curious, ready to dive into the adventure of self-knowledge and willing to explore where they are stuck and what resistance or patterns may be keeping them from returning to their well-being.

What are the most common shifts or changes that clients experience through your work?
I’ve witnessed profound transformations. People feeling deeply grounded for first time in the body, people gaining clarity in areas of their lives that they never could see before. However, the most beautiful shift happens when they stop attracting certain patterns and realize, with deep awareness, that they have truly changed.

Being present, aware and available is the most powerful tool I have.
